- How much does pickup and delivery cost?
- Free. Always. No "free above $X." We pick up, we deliver — pickup itself doesn't cost you a cent. The order itself has a $30 minimum.
- What's the price per pound for Wash & Fold?
- $2.30 per pound for next-day. $2.50 per pound for same-day. 15-pound minimum on every order, $30 minimum. Recurring-pickup customers get 10% off W&F.
- What if I'm not home?
- That's exactly why we ask for the handoff instruction at booking. Door, lobby, or doorman. The instruction governs both pickup and delivery.
