Laundromat
What are your hours?
Suds Buds laundromat is open daily from 7AM to 8PM. Last wash is at 6:30PM.
Are you attended?
Yes, fully from open to close. We are a laundromat with full time customer service.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
Both. Our machines are coin operable and take Spyderwash laundry cards.
What are Spyderwash laundry cards?
Spyderwash laundry cards are reloadable cards you can purchase for $1 at the kiosk inside our store. You can load these up using cash, credit, or debit and use the card to operate the machines. Our machines do not take debit or credit. Spyderwash cards are a lightweight replacement for carrying quarters.
Do you have large machines?
We have eight 62-pound machines which is like using six top loaders!
Do you have parking?
Yes, we are in a small strip center that has a parking lot. We will soon also have a designated parking space right in front of the laundromat for the convenience of our drop-off wash, dry & fold customers.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
The same as our store hours, daily from 7AM to 8PM.
What kind of detergent do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use premium detergents and softeners. You can upgrade to name brands like Tide, Gain, Down, Bounce, and more for a small upcharge.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, 15 pounds.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No.
When will I get my clothes back?
We finish most orders within 24 hours or next day. Same-day is available if you drop off your laundry by noon.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you pickup and deliver?
This service is available on-demand every day but driver pickup and delivery times may vary. We invite you to sign up and sign in to see available time slots. We are confident that you will find driver availabilities that align with your schedule.
What is the turnaround time?
We complete and return most of these orders next day.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, 15 pounds.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?

Do I need to be home to use this service?
Just let us know where you will leave the clothes. The porch, the backyard, in the garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager are common choices.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes. Please input notes as you move through checkout.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
By credit card.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes.
